Our Wines

Today's production is around 40hl of wine, coming from the land planted in 2008.

Grape harvests are manuals, with a 25 hl yield per ha, below the 40 hl yield per ha which are allowed on our AOC.

Pre-fermentation maceration at very low temperature, then the fermentation with temperature control, is followed by a six months maturing in stainless steel vat.

The 2011 White is selected again by the Guide des Vins de Provence, gets two stars from the “Guide Hachette des Vins 2013” and a 14/20 by the prestigious “Guide Bettane & Dessauve”.

Again, in 2012, White is selected by the Guide Hachette 2014, and the Rosé gets a 15/20 at the Prestigious “Guide Bettane & Dessauve”.

The Gold Medal obtained by our Saint Jean Bellet White 2013 is a major award won by our young Domaine.

You can now also taste our First Bellet Red, vintage 2012, and our White Prestige Cuvée vintage 2012, after a 12 mouth grown in oak barrels.
